“Wonderful experience with Shelter and Seeds in building a natural rock retaining wall for our front yard of our property in Sunnyslope. Sean proactively found beautiful local stone that matched a large decorative stone already on our property. He listened to our preferences, and problem solved creatively. In addition, Sean also has an excellent knowledge of native plants and water conservation, and gave us some sound advice. Shelter and Seeds also offered modern secure payment options. Highly recommend. Our family will be going first to Shelter and Seeds for future projects.”

"Sean did an amazing job completely transforming my lifeless, turf-covered yard into a native plant paradise! We brainstormed ideas together, and he had many great suggestions. He worked surprisingly fast and thoughtfully made use of natural materials around our home to pull the design together. He's very responsive whenever I have questions, and he's clearly very passionate about what he does. I now get so much joy spending time in my yard, and so do the local pollinators! I wholeheartedly recommend Sean for any landscaping needs."

"Sean did an amazing job setting up an irrigation system for my large garden with multiple beds. He made the process seamless, and his attention to detail was outstanding. The final result was fantastic, his prices were reasonable, and I highly recommend him."

“Sean is a wealth of information when it comes to regenerative landscaping. He has worked beside many regenerative farmers. My goal is to heal my old orchard land, create more nutrient rich soil, and grow as much food and herbs as possible. Sean was very kind. He walked our property and gave us ideas, a helpful packet of local plants (how to grow and where to buy them), and some freshly foraged serviceberries! He even showed me some of my flowers were actually edible! It’s so important we work with Mother Nature, steward the earth better, and grow more of our own food!”

"I recently contacted a local native plant nursery to see if they had any recommendation for a landscaper that had experience with native plants. They provide one name - Sean Eriksen at Shelter & Seeds. Sean has been in the Wenatchee Valley area for a couple of years, working for the Sleeping Lady and other stewardship positions. He was quick to provide a design and schedule a start date. Seventeen native plants were clustered together (the goal was a privacy barrier between us and a neighboring house), along with a drip system connected to my irrigation. We later added three non-native plants that my wife likes that were only available on the west side at this time of year. I enjoyed working alongside Sean and would definitely use him again."
