Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort Greenhouse - Leavenworth, WA

We revived this greenhouse from its state of neglect and only a single Rosemary plant still alive in it. We set up an automated drip irrigation system, sowed an array of herb and flower seeds, applied compost tea fertilizer that we concocted from materials on site, and let the water bring up an array of dormant seeds. The resort’s restaurant, bar, and spa are now able to continuously harvest food and garnishes, they’re saving tons of money on herbs, and they have a regenerating seed bank to keep the system going year after year.
